Meet Tina Marr
As a licensed real estate agent for 10+ years, I have seen the real estate market in many different stages and a couple different locations. When I received my license in 1999, I lived and worked in the Midland-Odessa area where I was an active part of the real estate community and earned the Rookie Realtor Award my first year. I made the move to the Dallas area where I met my husband, Dustin. We lived in the Addison area for a year then 7 years ago we found McKinney! We love the small town feel, the great terrain as well as all our great friends and neighbors. We also chose this community as a great place to raise our daughter because of the numerous parks and outdoor activities for us to enjoy as a family, recognized school districts and great proximity to everything else the metroplex has to offer.
I am a full-time Realtor® serving Collin County and the surrounding areas. I work with both buyers and sellers and can help find land, preowned homes or new construction that meet the needs of my clients. I also love to work with buyers relocating to the area so I can introduce them to all the great features of living in Texas and the metroplex.
I also believe in keeping up-to-date with the latest information to best service my clients. I exceed the Texas real estate license mandatory continuing education requirements because I am learning to excel at customer service and real estate, not to just be licensed. I currently hold a GRI designation and SFR certification.

GRI - The GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
SFR - The SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) certification is essential in today's real estate market where buyers and sellers need agents that are highly trained in these types of sales that have become so prevalent in the market. If you are struggling with your current mortgage I can show you your options or if you are a buyer looking for a "deal", I can help you navigate through the process.
My Beliefs and How They Make A Difference
I am a hardworking agent that understands the value of time – both mine and yours.
My clients are kept informed about homes on the market, the sales process and questions are answered quickly. I return phone calls and emails. I will work in the format you prefer that best suits your lifestyle whether you prefer phone calls, faxes, emails or all – I will respect your time. When time allows, I preview homes before we go look to ensure you are seeing the best the market has to offer that meets your criteria.
I listen to my clients.
I want you to share with me your real estate goals and I will help you accomplish them. I will ask you about more than how many bedrooms you need, I want to know how you live so I can find the home that fits your lifestyle. I want you to tell me about your hopes, your dreams and even your fears about a new home (or about selling your current one).
I love real estate and sharing it with others.
Looking at homes is fun! Finding the perfect home for you is thrilling! Finding new home owners to love your old home is a happy occasion! This is how I look at my business and I want to share my excitement with you and show you how pleasurable the whole experience can be.
